Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" so our team can prioritise your message.
Include your identifying information
Provide your full name, the email address linked to your account, and optionally your profile Details so we can locate your data accurately.
Specify the data you want deleted
Mention whether you want all personal data removed, or a specific subset (e.g., login activity, profile info, usage analytics). If unsure, we will delete everything.
Await our confirmation email
You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days and a final confirmation once deletion is complete.

Upon a verified deletion request, Vivant360 will permanently remove the following data associated with your account:
Profile & Identity Information
Name, email address, profile picture, and any other personal identifiers collected.
Usage & Activity Data
Interaction logs, session data, and preferences stored from your use of our services.
Communication Records
Any messages or support tickets you have submitted through our platforms.
Certain data may be retained where required by applicable law (e.g. for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations). We will notify you of any such retention in our confirmation email.
